Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on avionnetrade.shop, operated by STEPHEN MARTIN SUTCLIFFE, 33 Berallier Dr, Camden South NSW 2570, Australia. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; natural seafood varies in size, shell colour and yield between catches. Weights are approximate and stated on the pack.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties payable outside Australia. Prices can change without notice, but the price on your order confirmation is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and process it within 1–3 business days. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items. The full rules are in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs and layout on this store belong to STEPHEN MARTIN SUTCLIFFE or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
